Complete the steps to become a recognized Healthy Arizona Worksite.
During this workshop employers who have completed the HAWP 101 training are provided a safe space to complete the steps of the HAWP Roadmap & Checklist that lead to getting recognized by the Arizona Department of Health Services as a Healthy Arizona Worksite. The Healthy Arizona Worksites Program staff will be available to provide direction, tools, and resources needed to check off each step and answer any questions you may have.
Attend for a great place to work on your:
- Letter of Support
- Establishing a Wellness Champion/Team
- CDC Scorecard
- Worksite Health Improvement Plan
- HAWP Award Application
Please bring any materials you need assistance with (i.e Letter of Support, CDC Scorecard, Worksite Health Improvement Plan, etc.)
Employers are welcome to come and go as they please during this workshop time
*Must have already completed the 5 hour HAWP 101 training to attend. Register for a 101 Training here
