About the Presenter:

Veronica Venturini is the Cancer Control Strategic Partnerships Manager at the American Cancer Society.  She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Community Health Education from Illinois State University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  She has been with the American Cancer Society working in Cancer Control for three years.  Veronica works with hospital, state and primary care health system partners, public & private payors and employer groups on cancer prevention, early detection and screening initiatives; including: quality of life and access to care initiatives, employee health & wellness programs, and population health-related efforts to achieve cancer control priorities.

Veronica is excited to deliver new tools and resources proven to enhance your existing worksite wellness program. Whether you’re evaluating your current program, facing challenges with low employee engagement, or curious how you can improve your ‘food’ environment these tools will help make your wellness programming a success.

About the Healthy Arizona Worksite Program

The Healthy Arizona Worksites Program (HAWP) is a statewide program that provides Arizona employers with training, technical assistance, tools, and resources to design, implement, and evaluate worksite wellness initiatives. HAWP also works to create linkages between Arizona businesses engaging in healthy worksite efforts so they can learn from each other and share experiences.
