Developing a Multifaceted Communications Strategy to Help Your Wellness Program Thrive

One of the most common problems for workplace wellness programs is a lack of employee engagement. This session will address the barriers to engagement and demonstrate best practices in developing a communications strategy for wellness programs. Attendees will learn how to improve their communications, effectively launch new initiatives, and re-engage the workforce in well-being. Participants will also discover how to create and foster an active Wellness Champions Network to maximize employee engagement within their organization.

Following this presentation, participants will be able to:

1. Identify the 4 P’s of your wellness program’s communications strategy.

2. Create or modify a program’s existing communication strategy for improved performance and engagement.

3. Engage and foster the development of a Wellness Champion Network to maximize program performance.
