Combating Loneliness in the Age of Connectivity

This month behavioral health expert Melody Hicks joins us to discuss the damaging effects of loneliness on employees and their workplace. In the age of connectivity, employers find it more challenging than ever to reduce isolation and loneliness at work. This prevalent health concern has employers feeling it’s negative impacts across all levels of employees and is why some are calling it an epidemic.

Participants will learn:
• What is loneliness
• How experiencing loneliness is bad for employee health and job performance
• Why tackling this problem is critical for employees and the business
• Tips to foster a workplace culture with rich connections

Additional Resources:
