Webinar Presented by the Arizona Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence (ACESDV)

Join us to learn how domestic violence and sexual assault can have significant impacts that extend into the workplace, affecting survivors’ safety, well-being, attendance, productivity, and financial stability. Workplaces have an important opportunity to promote violence prevention, reduce stigma, and create an environment where survivors feel supported rather than isolated.

This training will help participants better understand domestic violence and sexual assault, recognize how these experiences may show up in the workplace, and respond to disclosures with compassion and without judgment. Participants will explore practical strategies for supporting survivors while maintaining appropriate workplace boundaries, respecting confidentiality, and survivor autonomy, and connecting individuals with available resources. The training will also highlight ways organizations can foster a trauma-informed workplace culture that prioritizes safety, dignity, prevention, and support.
