Little or a poor quality sleep often sets the tone for rest of the day.
A recent report by the National Sleep Foundation found that only 10% of American adults prioritize their sleep over other aspects of daily living such as fitness, nutrition, work, social life, and hobbies/personal interests. It is no surprise that each of these other aspects is directly impacted by the amount and quality of sleep we get.
In the workplace, the damaging effects of poor sleep health cause more than cranky employees. On-the-job safety, productivity, and performance are adversely impacted and in several cases, poor sleep can lead to more damaging mental and physical health.
In this Workplace Wellness Webinar, Behavioral Health Specialist, Melody Hicks joins us to help your workforce put poor sleep health to rest!
